He would not call the national guard to DC during his insurrection; and NOW he’s calling them in ?

Pete saying he will quit drinking holds as much water as Donnie saying he won't have time for golf.

Racism is the justification. DC has a large Black population. LA has a large Hispanic population. All of this is about RACISM.

Who could've possibly known that a FOX News TV personality would make a terrible joke of a defense secretary? 🤷

The last crime wave in DC was 6 January. And do they propose to crack down on white collar crime? Because this certainly isn’t going to change any other type of crime. The only thing that will change that is eliminating poverty. And Hegseth, give me a break. He just reinstated shark attacks and bay tossing in basic training, where drill sergeants for no reason attack, belittle, and berate new recruits. I can say from experience, it leads to a decrease in morale, and instead of increasing unit cohesion, it teaches recruits to not trust anyone and to just watch out for themselves. Not to strive for excellence, but to simply try to avoid punishment, which is often meted out for no apparent reason. This is the reason new sergeants and lieutenants are usually the first victims of friendly fire. Hegseth is a symptom rather than a cure for the woes of the military.
