Duuude, I've had combat deployments, broke my neck & back on a bad Airborne Operation, broken dozens of other bones...NOTHING - NOTHING compared to a kidney stone. Even a female nurse was like, "I've had 3 children, and I'd rather have them all back to back before having another kidney stone. Bless your heart."
Remember to stay hydrated folks
The reason it's worse than childbirth (and I have experienced both) is that there is NO BREAK IN THE PAIN. That's the difference. Solid, searing, cutting pain until it's out.
On a scale of 1-10 for pain Natural childbirth 8 Sciatic nerve pain 9 Kidney stone 1 million 1 stone, 2 procedures before they got it out and 2 stents….Morphine didn’t help at all. Waking up in the hospital bed and being told they didn’t get it out was one of the most terrifying things I have ever experienced.
Naaa this video made me get up and drink some water right now 😂
I literally crawled into the emergency room. Felt like an elephant standing on me. Thank God for morphine.
I will never forget passing a kidney stone. It happened at my cousins wedding. I was in pain all morning before the wedding. I told my family I may not make it thru this. Right in the middle of the ceremony, I had to run to the bathroom. I was sweating profusely. It felt like my bladder was going to explode. I strained and strained, until finally a stream of blood and pee exploded all over the stall of the bathroom. The stone had busted into many small pieces. I laid there on this church bathroom floor for 20 minutes, until my dad came and checked on me. He thought I was on drugs, until he saw the toliet bowl full of blood.
"Not too far...that's all I want...just a little respect." 😂😂😂
Breuer being brutally honest, making himself the butt of the joke? ……👏…. 👏…👏..👏.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Ive had 7 stones and when I had number 3 a nurse at the ER told me "kidney stones are not painful" and through tears I told her she'd obviously never had one then
