I’m listening to this after taking my very first jiu jitsu class yesterday at 53 yrs old. I’m so out of shape that I had to leave the warm up to go outside and nearly puke. But I went back in and carried on and I’m going back next week and I will keep going back if I have to puke for a year 😊
