The disciplining of Bo Carter for being late to team meetings is another example of a Vol coach or team leaders standing up to entitled players. Contrast that to DeBoer who keeps his entire roster intact at any cost, but looses his team as a result. The difference is like night and day. Go Vols!

I am a Tennessean living in Texas. The Arch Hype in Texas is equal to the Nico Hype in Tennessee. Vols fans screamed for Nico during the entire year while Milton crashed. When Nico got his chance, he wasn't what we expected. Last year, Texas screamed for Arch. Now we will see if he can salvage a year to live up to the expectation. Conversely to Nico, I believe that Arch will hang around and mature. I think he will eventually mature into a serviceable quarterback that will make it to the NFL. What we are witnessing now is just a rough start with growing pains with Arch.

As a Tennessee fan I feel good about this team, but Georgia really is the true test of how good I should feel about it lol.

As a vols fan, aside from some bad coverage in the secondary at times, I was really impressed with TN on about all aspects. First of all the freaking RB room looked amazing!! All 3 of our backs could be RB1 if they were at different school. So we're stacked there. The O-Line looked really good, even tho David Sanders Jr wasn't even out there. And I was really impressed with Joey with his poise and command out there. He had a couple bad throws but overall I think he did an amazing job!! Receivers were solid too, but If you go back and look at most of those pass completions the ball placement was amazing IMO. And that coming from a guy who apparently had an interception issue at one point?! Well so far so good, and I'm really happy with what Joey has brought to the table so far. Defense looked good but had some bad moments, particularly in coverage. Can't wait until McCoy and the rest of our defense is all healthy and on the field. I'm very optimistic with my Vols so far. GBO!!

As a FSU fan I fully believe that the only reason why everything blossomed week one outside of hiring right and portaling right is there was just no tape for Bama to to watch to see how they played together. And FSU had plenty of tape on how to beat them since most of last years team was coming back. So yeah the right hires , plus getting the right guys in the portal, plus no easy way to watch all the guys on film, made for a dominant performance for FSU.
