Kum, I’m a Brazilian physician with no traditional coding background, but I’ve learned the basics and built a working app that helps me care for my patients. I recently found your video through ByteByteGo’s post about your pipeline, and it made me pause everything. The way you combine CLI agents, terminal emulators across Mac/Windows, tmux for fast operational flow, Lavish/AXI for visual planning, FirstMate for controlling crewmates, and Treehouse/worktrees for parallel agent work is exactly the kind of system I had been trying to imagine. I’ve been studying your setup deeply to level up what I can build for my SaaS and medical workflows. Thank you for sharing this knowledge so openly. You could have kept it purely commercial, but instead you’re building a community and raising the quality bar for everyone. Wishing you continued success. Sending gratitude from Brazil — and I’m sure I speak for many people around the world. I haven’t been able to watch the new video yet, but I already know it will deliver the kind of value I would have had to fight hard to extract and piece together from the previous one. Thank you again. I’ll come back with my thoughts on the new content. See you soon.
Kun, you're videos remind me of some of the best lectures I've ever sat in
I've seen thousands of posts and cringe on LinkedIn and YouTube throughout this AI-era, your content is legit the first I have found helpful and insightful!
After your previous video I was looking for another tutorial that would help (a complete novice) set up the sort of workflow you laid out. Should have guessed that you would be the one to answer my prayers. This content is GOATED
Finally found some real deal in Youtube. Someone who's videos are 100% pure home run, and I don't have to pay a subscription just to see what he says. Kudos!
For my entire life I have been seeking this guide. I am ready for ascension. Take me Kun!
Your last video was one of the best videos on agentic workflows I've come across and wanted the configs! Thanks a bunch Kun!
Long time neovim/tmux user here, I like watching these videos as you always get to see how others use these tools. I was surprised how many nice little tips I picked up on this. I am also digging into nix and herdr now.
the fact that you still show how to setup this up manually, still have brain intact are rare quality these days
I LOVE the setup! Thanks so much for letting us steal it! 非常感谢!!!
