Great video. I watched this a good 5+ times. Once I have reached consistent productivity, is it just a matter of continuing this in order to reach L4? I understand that I should be asking for constant feedback in order to improve what I am doing, but is this the path in order to "level out" of L3/New SWE?

6:32 - As a new grad, what would you consider to be a mismatch (as opposed to an opportunity to learn and grow)? Could you give an example or multiple examples if possible? Assuming this new grad knows basic syntax of Python, is there a basic starting level of knowledge you'd expect? Familiarity with OOP, building API's?
