Tyler Robinson, 22, faces aggravated murder and witness tampering charges in the death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Now his defense team is asking Judge Graf to disqualify the Utah County Attorney's Office from prosecuting the case because of a possible conflict of interest. Robinson's attorneys say a high-ranking member of the prosecution team is related to a potential witness in the case who was at UVU the day of the murder.
