Kylie Weeks, 21, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor child endangering charge. Weeks worked at the Giggles & Wiggles Day Care Center in Wheelersburg, Ohio, when a surveillance camera recorded her picking up a child and throwing him on a cot. Body-worn cameras recorded deputies interviewing Weeks and the reaction of the boy's mother.
