As a firefighter, "Dad" is a mandatory reporter in the state of Florida. He didn’t report himself or his wife. He should lose his job, not be on administrative leave. I do not want to hear about how bad the parent's child hood was or what they went through. No one cares. That should\nMake them more so better parents. The fact that they knew how to treat most of the kids , but not one of the kids proofs that that had nothing to do with it!
A fire chief locks a child in with no possible exit….what if there was a fire? He knows how dangerous this is.
To have fostered a 12 year old for her whole life and not adopted her is a red flag in itself. She was merely a steady income to them.
