Two young siblings, ages 3 and 6, were found dead in their Texas home after their mother, 28-year-old Tiona Islar, claimed they had been left in a hot car. Investigators say her story raised red flags, and the Bexar County Sheriff publicly noted inconsistencies in her account. Islar has since been arrested on two counts of serious injury to a child resulting in death, while the exact circumstances and causes of the children’s deaths remain under investigation.
