Officers in Harvard, Illinois, thought they were responding to a routine traffic assist when they discovered a young married couple, Rachel and Brandon Dumovich, shot to death inside a car just days before their first wedding anniversary. Bodycam audio captures the chaotic scene as police worked to secure the vehicle, ultimately determining there was no forced entry or outside threat.
