‘Crying’ Pastor Smirks as Wife’s Murder Case Advances

The former American Idol contestant accused of killing his wife while their children slept briefly appeared in court Friday after his attorney withdrew a motion to keep court records sealed. Caleb Flynn was arrested in February following the deadly shooting of his wife Ashley inside their home. Flynn is scheduled for a final pre-trial appearance next week before heading to trial.
