Harassment Charges Fly in Missing Mom’s Murder Case
Texas Man Faces Murder Charges After Wife Vanishes Amidst Domestic Abuse Claims (No Body Found)
Discover the complex web of circumstantial evidence—from suspicious purchases to DNA evidence on a power tool—prosecutors use to pursue murder charges against a husband when the victim’s body remains missing.
Short Summary
- Prosecutors build a circumstantial case against Brad Simpson for the disappearance of his wife, Suzanne, following documented domestic abuse.
- Investigators documented Brad’s suspicious activity, including cleaning his truck, purchasing cement, and deliberately cycling his cell phone on and off.
- A key piece of evidence linking Brad to severe violence is Suzanne’s DNA found on a skill saw, although her body has never been recovered.
- The case highlights the difficulty of securing a murder conviction beyond a reasonable doubt when the corpus delicti (the body) is absent, forcing reliance on witness testimony and physical evidence trails.
This episode examines the timeline leading up to Suzanne Simpson’s disappearance in October 2024, detailing allegations of physical abuse, her final communications, and the subsequent physical evidence trail left by her husband, Brad Simpson. Legal analyst Dr. Ken Lang details why proving a "no-body" murder case requires meticulously connecting layers of circumstantial evidence to establish the timeline and intent.

The neighbor shoudl've called 911 How do you hear your neighbor scream and do nothing about it?
Neighbor🤨you saw all that and didn't call 911, but you have the audacity to report this after the fact🤔
WHY didn't that "neighbor" (wouldn't want him living near me!) CALL POLICE?! He SEES a physical violent attack, hears screaming and does NOTHING?? 💔Just WOW 😨! Suzanne would most likely be alive had he simply anonymously called the police. Sad times we live in. Rest in Peace Miss Suzanne 🙏🏼 I will say a prayer for her loved ones tonight.
With or without a body, there is no way that I could conjure up a scintilla of a reasonable doubt in this case.
What a beautiful message from her daughter 💜
Another covert psychopath
Death Penalty for that evil man.💯 Justice ⚖️ for Suzanne.😔Prayers for her family.🙏
If they have enough circumstantial evidence they don’t need a body.
