Leigha Mumby is accused of intentionally causing a crash that would injure her boyfriend, Daniel Waterman, in Flagler County, Florida last February. Daniel awoke from a coma in May and told investigators that Leigha drove her SUV into a tree on purpose as they argued, according to investigators. Daniel was recovering from his injuries but died from pneumonia last month.
