Trump Judge PICK INSTANTLY EXPOSED Under CROSS-EXAM!!!

During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Sen. Chris Coons asked four Trump judicial nominees a simple question: does the 22nd Amendment bar Trump from running for a third term? Not one of them would say yes. Nominee John Marck, up for a lifetime appointment to the Southern District of Texas, said his career was "mostly in criminal prosecution" so he wasn't familiar with the amendment. When Coons read him the 43 words and asked again, Marck called it "more of a hypothetical" and said he'd need to "review the actual wording." Coons then asked the other three nominees in the room, Jeffrey Kuntz, Arthur Jones, and Michael Hendershot, to confirm the Constitution prevents a third term. Silence. Not one would answer. Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger called it "DISQUALIFYING." The Alliance for Justice said if you can't confirm a president can't serve a third term, you shouldn't be a federal judge. Brian and Shant explain this isn't ignorance, it's coordination. Dozens of Trump nominees have used identical phrasing across hearings, calling basic constitutional questions "hypotheticals" or claiming judicial ethics prevent them from commenting. The answers are coached and memorized, and any nominee who deviates knows their nomination gets pulled.
