Description

The federal prosecutor who signed off on the search warrant application leading to the raid of Washington Post reporter Hannah Natanson's home is now the subject of a disciplinary complaint before the Virginia State Bar. The Freedom of the Press Foundation argues that Assistant U.S. Attorney Gordon Kromberg, who previously prosecuted Julian Assange, failed to disclose that the search was barred under the Privacy Protection Act of 1980. The group's chief of advocacy Seth Stern explains why. Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News hosts. This DOJ isn’t operating on the basis of any evidence that might even justify their seizure. My guess is that they pick a target and then go in search of corroborating evidence to justify their actions. 🤬

What they are doing is committing crimes in hoping to "find" crimes, this is corrupt and mob tactic behavior!

Nathansin’s 4th amendment rights were violated. She will lose the impact of her columns due to the theft of her property. This is simply incorrigible.

The judge that issued the warrant should be admonished, all judges should damn well know better than to issue a warrant to raid the personal home of a reporter! It's disgusting and shameful!!

By its behavior it's clear the doj has become a criminal organisation which itself should be investigated.
