Last October, in the community of Wilder, Idaho, about 400 people -- including U.S. citizens and children -- were detained by local, state, and federal law enforcement in masks and military-style gear as part of an immigration raid targeting a local sporting event that many Latino community members attended. Our rights are not up to ICE's discretion, and the ACLU and our partners are suing to hold officials accountable for this unlawful and discriminatory raid.
