In its war against BigLaw, Donald Trump's Justice Department hasn't gotten tired of losing. On Monday, the government withdrew its appeal of four rulings finding that Trump's executive orders attacking law firms violated the Constitution. On Tuesday, Trump's Justice Department tried to take back the withdrawal and revive the appeal.
