Judge Delays BOMBSHELL Decision in Tyler Robinson Trial

Erika was denied access to evidence because she has been fundraising and saying that Tyler is guilty before he has had the chance to defend himself. She wants money not closure.

The judge saw that things just don't add up as stated by the prosecution.

That campus cop that went to the roof , body cam "dies" before he finds "the screwdriver" with an unknown plain clothes officer, still unidentified. Oh and the .223 bullet found, equals the wound charlie suffered as opposed to a 30.06 which would have taken his head off

They all knew it was phony Behavior after the shooting was opposite of what you'd expect when someone died

Tyler Robinson is a Patsy, the official narrative is BS, plain and simple. For one thing, it’s way too complicated.

This case shouldn’t even go to trial. What a farce.

Erica Kirk has made herself look guilty, so I don't buy for one second that she wants transparency!! She knew that the judge wasn't going to grant her motion, so she didn't have a problem asking for it to make it look good! I don't trust that woman AT ALL!! I couldn't stand Charlie Kirk, but to see the way that this woman has acted since he died, and the absolute circus that she turned his death into, you'd think that she hated him worse than I did!! Every single thing that she has done has been disgraceful and disgusting! The fact that Robinson will probably get the death penalty is just as disgusting to me!! He's obviously mentally ill and should be treated as such!!

Hunters that use similar rifles and 30-06 bullets have pretty much unanimously stated the outcome would have been much more catastrophic in severity with that bullet. Also the detective in charge at the onset of the investigation (who is no longer at that office) testified the shooter appeared to 'be in position' (prone on the rooftop) for an estimated 15 to 30 seconds. That would essentially mean Robinson is a marksman. Thus the conspiracy theories because nothing is adding up. It just does not seem likely that Robinson could have made that shot that fast from that trajectory with that bullet

The biggest surprise was the fabrication of the cops!!! Disgraceful!!
