After Alina Habba was found to be illegally serving as U.S. Attorney and forced to resign, Attorney General Pam Bondi replaced her with a three-person "triumvirate" — which another judge has already ruled is also unconstitutional. Now Habba holds a made-up title as "Senior Advisor to the Attorney General for U.S. Attorneys," and Judge Quraishi wants to know if she's still pulling strings behind the scenes. He's ordered all three triumvirate members to testify under oath and warned that Todd Blanche and Habba herself could be next.
