Description

In today’s episode of Unprecedented, Michael Popok and Dina Doll break down four devastating end-of-term Supreme Court decisions, including allowing Trump to end Temporary Protected Status for hundreds of thousands of Haitians and Syrians, and ruling that the controversial "metering" policy—which prevents migrants from setting "foot on U.S. soil"—means they cannot apply for asylum. In a blistering dissent, Justice Sotomayor warned the consequences are clear: "more people will die." Plus, the Supreme Court strikes down a Hawaii law that allowed private businesses to decide whether guns could be brought onto their property, and rules against cancer victims seeking to hold Monsanto accountable for the alleged harms caused by Roundup. Alito wants to DIE on the bench. That way he can't be tried for his criming. Isn't it obvious?!?

Alito is terrified of accountability. He knows how history will judge him. Historians will lump him in with justices that authored the Dred Scout and Pleasey Vs Ferguson decisions. He is a horrible human being.

Alito needs to be held accountable for his role in Epstein‘s continued abuses and further investigated and removed from the Court for his betrayals

Alito and his wife sounds like one in the same. I think the 6 SCOTUS are corrupt.

Amazing that our Supreme Court is more concerned about its decorum than it is about protecting asylum seekers. This says a lot about the moral character of some of our Justices.

Why would Alito leave when that's his gravy train? Same with Thomas and his wife. Neither of them would get handed millions if he wasn't a justice. He gets paid off by his "friends" with business before the court, and she gets employed to sell access to him. The US has signed international treaties concerning asylum, and SCOTUS has us violating them.

If Alito truly felt justified in voting as he did, he wouldn’t have been bothered by the judge reading her dissent.
