My brother spent 19 years in a prison for a crime that he was later releases for. A DNA test later proved that the DNA at the murder seen belonged to another guy who was in prison for another murder. The county prosecutor will not fully overturn my brother conviction on the grounds😢 that he MIGHT have been there and thhe testimony of a 5 year old child. He's been fighting for an his rights of a wrongful prosecution, pay out for thhe county's mistakes for around 2 decades. This decision gives me some kind of hope for my brother.
