Trump HIT with UFC LAWSUIT Right BEFORE EVENT!!!

Attorneys Brian Kabateck and Shant Karnikian cover the lawsuit filed to stop UFC Freedom 250, a pay-per-view fight card on the White House South Lawn scheduled for June 14, Trump's 80th birthday. A 92-foot, 600-ton steel cage called "The Claw" now dwarfs the White House. Trump purchased up to $50,000 in TKO Group Holdings stock, UFC's parent company, weeks after announcing the event. VIP packages reportedly cost up to $1 million. The weigh-in is at the Lincoln Memorial. National Park Service regulations specifically ban sporting events on federal parkland, with one exception that isn't this. Two Virginia residents, represented by the Public Integrity Project, filed a federal lawsuit arguing the event violates NPS regulations, skipped required environmental reviews, was built without congressional authorization, and financially benefits Trump through his stock holdings. The White House called the lawsuit "obstructionist." Brian and Shant flag the Emoluments Clause: this isn't Trump's DC hotel where foreign diplomats booked rooms. This is a for-profit event on the grounds of the White House itself. Dana White claims UFC will lose $30 million on the event. The lawsuit's odds of stopping it are slim with days to go, but Brian says the historical record matters.
