After the Roberts Court gutted the remnants of the Voting Rights Act, Republican-led states across the American South raced to redraw their maps in Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia and in Florida, but the Sunshine State has some constitutional protection from the gerrymandering craze. In 2010, Florida voters overwhelmingly passed a constitutional amendment to prevent partisan gerrymanders. Can the amendment, combined with Gov.
