Prosecuting Trump Administration Officials for Alleged War Crimes

Understand the specific evidence linking Pete Hegseth to alleged murder and war crimes, and examine the legal framework for future tribunals against the Trump administration.

Short Summary

  • New Washington Post reporting details Pete Hegseth ordered a "double tap" kill order on survivors clinging to a boat.
  • This act, resulting in eliminating survivors after initial strikes, constitutes war crimes and murder under international law.
  • The discussion contrasts justified Coast Guard interdiction processes with the lack of accountability and due process in these alleged incidents.
  • Future Democratic candidates may face a litmus test regarding joining the International Criminal Court and refraining from pardons.

This segment analyzes explosive reporting suggesting former Secretary Pete Hegseth intentionally ordered the killing of survivors clinging to a fishing boat. Speakers argue this alleged incident, among others involving the Trump administration's actions in the Caribbean region, meets the definition of both war crimes and murder, setting the stage for potential post-administration tribunals.

Had a buddy in the Coast Guard, was an exceptional shot and his orders were to shoot the engines from a helicopter with a .50 sniper rifle to disable the boat so the cutter could grab the drugs and arrest the people to be tried in court, not blow them up.

Hegseth book describes how he told subordinates NOT to follow rules of engagement training given by JAG. He writes about JAG like a dirty cop hates internal affairs. This is who he is, tattoo tells the tale

Look at what Donald said to reporters October 23rd before saying he had nothing to do with these war crimes.
