Luke, pay attention. I used to work at the ER in Frisco, Colorado (8000ft ele). People actually die from high altitude pulmonary edema. Take this seriously. Happens every year there. Worse thing one can do is arrive in denver, drink alcohol, and drive up to that elevation. Drink lots of fluid, take your Tylenol, stay away from any alcohol.

Especially if you are still at altitude, put the oxygen back in! If you are reacting to altitude, the headache, confusion, pain will return. Your lungs may suddenly fill with fluid. Low oxygen stresses your heart and other organs. Please!
