πŸ‡²πŸ‡Ύ Best Street Food in Kuala Lumpur: https://youtu.be/rakfl1KCaMk πŸ‘‰ SUBSCRIBE for more: https://www.youtube.com/@MarkWiens I’ve always thought Malaysia has some of the best Indian food outside of India, and today I’ll be going to eat some of the tastiest Indian Malaysian food in Kuala Lumpur. Here’s all the places I tried: Lawanya Food Corner (https://maps.app.goo.gl/PU49Rf9kTHQH2cXk6) - This historical Indian street food stall sells over 20 different dishes every day and people from all walks of life come to enjoy the delicious dishes. Price - 18 RM ($4.23) Santa Chapati House (https://maps.app.goo.gl/dm1tb66LU3jM8tca6) - Santa Chapati House is a staple of chapatis and curries, and their freshly griddle fried chapatis and fish curry is a perfect combination. Price - 7.50 RM ($1.76) Restoran Chakra (Puchong Mess) (https://maps.app.goo.gl/tYc4UeJAHF2xzuA89) - But of all the Indian food in Malaysia, eating a banana leaf meal is the greatest meal of all time, and this was one of the best Indian banana leaf meals I’ve ever had. Price - 60 RM ($14.09) for 2 people Follow for more food: https://www.youtube.com/@MarkWiensAbroad https://www.facebook.com/markwiensfoodvideos https://www.instagram.com/migrationology/ https://www.tiktok.com/@markwiens πŸ‘• T-shirts: https://store.migrationology.com/ πŸŽ₯ Camera gear I use: https://amzn.to/3FVdBUd (some of these are affiliate links and I will make a small commission from any sales)

Hi Mark! I’m the daughter of Mr. Kulwant, the owner of Santa Chapati House. On behalf of my dad and our whole family, thank you so much for visiting and featuring our humble little spot. It truly means the world to us! We’ve been fans of your food and travel videos for years, so seeing you at our place was such a proud moment. I noticed you dropped by during off-peak hours, so you may have missed some of our popular dishes like the mutton keema and our take on chicken varuval, and they usually sell out fast during lunch! We’d love to have you visit again sometime and try more of what we offer. Thanks again, and we’re so glad you enjoyed your meal with us!

Malaysian Indian for me is the most hygienic people i have ever seen. If you go to their house, their floor are very cleaned and shiny. My neighbor, an Old Indian lady she will scrub her backyard almost everyday, and i believe she do it from her kitchen to their backyard. Always smells nice curry when she cooking. During Deepavali, that auntie always give us some Indian snacks especially the Maruku and kuih Dhal.. very delicious..

I like how the Indian dishes are homemade style, like we really eat at home. Not the restaurant dishes like Butter chicken or Chicken tikka masala. Nobody actually eats those at home.
