I'm autistic, and I've been dealing with the worst case of autistic burnout that I've ever experienced. I've been through this numerous times in my life, and it has never been this persistent before. Now I know why. It's the daily dose of fresh trauma, seeing people beaten up and shot in the street, people being kidnapped in broad daylight and sent off to who knows where, et al, that's making it so much worse than before.

Next time someone tells you they lived with a narcissist, sociopath, psychopath....and you thought ''They' were insane....now you'll understand . This is what it's like, it's not normal ,it's dangerous and children suffer.
