My sister was exposed to measles in the early 70s while pregnant. My nephew was born blind, with brain damage. He died at 24 after a life in a vegitatave state. It took a lot of testing to determine what caused his disability. PLEASE pay attention. Get vaccinated

In 1948, I was 3 years old and “caught” measles. I suffered febrile convulsions, pneumonia and was not expected to live. Oddly enough, we were spending the summer at my grandmother’s home in upstate SC., Spartanburg county, specifically. My daughter, vaccinated with the MMR vaccine as a child and recently re-vaccinated and my sister, also vaccinated, both still live in Spartanburg county. I survived and celebrated my 80th birthday, recently. There is no excuse for this. The MMR vaccine was not available when I was a toddler. When it became available, I made sure my children were vaccinated. We’ve come full circle and our most precious citizens, our little ones, are in grave danger. I don’t remember much, but my mother kept a journal and took pictures of me. Scary stuff. We need to get this administration and these unqualified quacks out of office before more die, or are permanently physically affected by this horrible disease.
