I was kinda shocked on Michael's opinion on this during the episode, but then bro decides to post the opinion separately to emphasize it? Like does bro not understand this opinion is controversial? The typical conservative opinion as well as my own is that camera angles don't need to be changed, lets instead allow/force the female athletes to wear more modest athletic wear similar to the men. I think it's unacceptable woman are forced to dress in basically underwear in order to just be allowed to participate. You can't argue having less clothing is less restrictive if you won't force the men to do it. But instead Michael's opinion is keep treating these girls like nothing more than eye candy?

I would venture to say that when female athletes were wearing more modest clothing, camera angles were superfluous. Also, Mr. Knowles, men’s athletic clothing doesn’t reveal what women’s clothing does. Not the same. If women don’t want to be objectified, they need to dress like they don’t want to be objectified.

I generally agree with and respect much of what you share here, Michael, but you are so far off base with the segment about women's sports media coverage. As a Christian, a conservative, a former D1 college athlete, a 5x Ironman triathlete, and most importantly a wife and mother, I agree with you 100% that a woman's body is a wonderful and beautiful thing to behold. But a woman's beauty IN NO WAY authorizes anyone, spectators, media outlets, or video podcasters to withhold dignity from her. Dignity and modesty are NOT cries of the liberal party, but they have been stripped away from women by everything the party stands for. Even 50 years ago, a gentleman would have done everything he could have to preserve the dignity of respectable women--the European Athletics piece would have been superfluous in every way.
