I feel like I blinked and you lost 100 pounds. Way to go man! Your hummus recipe from years back has been 30% of my diet ever since. Thanks
It’s funny to see how many people I tell how good knafeh is they say they’ve not had and don’t know parts of it are what the viral Dubai chocolate is!
I think if the chocolate was thinner on Dubai chocolate that would allow the flavor of the pistachio cream to shine. (I am well aware of the fact that it's really hard to get a mass-produced product that really captures the essence of the original thing too.)
You are looking great bro ❤ love from Syria
i honestly think dubai chocolate is delicious i just dont like how ppl sell it for ridiculous prices and obviously once smth becomes super viral theres always an instinct to want to hate on it and call it overrated. over priced definitely but its still good
Oooh, I want to try this with strawberries, or with honey-soaked walnuts! What a lovely trifle this is.

Your presentation on how to handle and prep the kunafa was really great. I cook a lot and feel pretty confident with most kitchen tasks but this would be an entirely new ingredient for me and thus there’s an air of intimidation around it, but you really made it so I feel like I’d know what to expect, both when I’m buying it and prepping it. Really really good stuff that just feels totally comprehensive in a way that so many recipes aren’t, and need to be if they’re dealing with foods that are potentially new to the cook
As an Egyptian American grew up in Egypt.. I love your channel. Great work 👍
