The problem with rental properties. these days is the higher risk of tenants not paying their rent. Additionally, the government protects the nonpaying tenants. I am into month four in the process of evicting a tenant!!!
Excellent content. I used the last dip to stock up, buying ANRT24E now its cheap, can't miss the presale.

There are many fake accounts impersonating me, and there are many bots promoting fake/scam investments. I will NEVER ask you to contact me through YouTube comments, telegram, or WhatsApp. I have a checkmark next to my name and my comment will be highlighted. Fake accounts do not have that. Please be aware of fake accounts trying to scam you using my name and picture!
I am self employed. A lot of the things I do are business related nowadays. From working at home, gas mileage, office supplies, and other expenses are all great as tax write-offs.
These videos are so good. I wish school's taught these things. Please do more of these and how we can be resourceful. Thank you for your plethora of educational wealth.
The only problem with rental properties is renters don’t always pay the rent. If you are using the rent to pay mortgage, well, you know the rest.
Wanted to say thank you for all the free content you put on YouTube. I think you're amazing. Clear, and easy to understand. You put things simply. Even though I still can't seem to make a financial move, no matter how much I watch and it all makes perfect sense. I am very inspired. Thank you! My one big regret lately is you recommended EWZ at 26 and high dividend. So bummed I didn't buy. A friend told me not to mess with it. Now at 32/33 and paying out cash...
Thanks, Jaspreet. In an overwhelming social media world of "get rich quick" or "the sky is falling down" sensational financial claims, you offer such solid, balanced and sensible financial advice. I appreciate your analysis of the pros and cons of a variety of ways to increase your wealth and what situations are best for each option. Instead of a "one solution fits all" over-simplicification, you offer helpful information so we can look at our own situation to find a pathway that best suits our individual needs. And you don't hesitate to emphasize the reality: it takes time, knowledge and work!
Real University in 1hour. Thanks so much
You need to explain "Depreciation" in simple terms how long, primary residence, equity, etc etc etc.....
