Jaspreet, THIS is the kind of content we need! Thank you!
This is the paradox. Everyone says we have a housing affordability crisis, then society monetizes real estate and encourages the investment and raising rents at someone else's direct expense (housing affordability). Prices go up so more investment, and you on.
rerally good content man
Jaspreet, I am mid-60's, and indeed I've got some real estate, including a couple of multifamily "consortiums", currently only two but we are going to sell those either late '25 or in '26, so looking for more. That said, my mid-30's son has just closed on his first rental property. And it is possible to get more than 7% C-o-C if you are patient. My son may see this comment, as he and I have occasionally discussed your content, since we both watch. Thanks for the advice, if people follow it they might get out of being financially worried about their future.
Great content, and I appreciate how you teach people risk-acceptance as opposed to risk-avoidance.

There are many fake accounts impersonating me, and there are many bots promoting fake/scam investments.
