Homelessness all time high, Debt all time high, self deletion all time high, Drug overdoses all time high.... you can say the market is doing well but America is very very sick
This global recession/collapse might end up being a part of us for a very long time. With inflation currently at about 3%, my primary concern is how to maximize my savings/retirement fund of about $680k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains.
Recessions are just part of how the economy works, there’s no avoiding them, so the best thing you can do is be prepared and plan ahead. I graduated during a downturn back in 2009, and my first job out of college was actually performing as an aerial acrobat on cruise ships. Fast forward to today, and I own three rental properties, invest in both stocks and businesses, run my own company, and have grown my net worth by $800,000 over the last four years.
Mortgage rates is slightly high but not THAT high. The real problem is home prices are double what it should (i.e. not aligned with household incomes)
I would much rather see higher interest rates and lower housing prices.
home prices are too expensive no matter what the rate is. our wages have not kept up and now it's finally showing
Is crazy how this gentleman has only 2.23M subs(that’s still very good) but other YT channels with garbage content, have 5 to 10 plus million subs.
Damn Jaspreet, please do something about these bots in the comments
Only about 1/4 are waiting for mortgage rates to drop the other 3/4 are waiting on prices to drop. So prices have to go down for a pick up in sales...
