The moment he jumped on the whiteboard at 39:50 is one of the most awesome and wholesome moment I ever saw in a business podcast. You can sense the passion of the guy flow through the camera!
The line about picking the right body of water might be the whole game. A great operator in the wrong market can struggle forever, while a decent product in a massive rising market can look like genius. AI gives founders more leverage now, but it does not remove the hard question: are you building where demand is already pulling, or are you trying to force people to care?
Thanks for having Mark on! ❤
He is stumbled when called a sillicon valley cliche, but he could literally be a character in the show.
When he says consumer is uninvestable what is he talking about? What is consumer and why does it have issues with distribution?
haha noticed the editing around 1:23:12 and the moments after lol… someone forgot to plug their book and had to find a way kto edit-in the ad 😂😂 you can see at 1:23:20 one of the obvious cuts (went back to the talking clip where book was on the table) if editor reads this- u actually did a pretty slick job bro most ppl wouldn’t have noticed

Once again,....great listening and learning. tHanks for the video ( Now how do I fix my SSD ? Hmmm ...the mind boggles )
This perspective is a great reminder that the most effective strategies are often the most disciplined ones.
