Thanks for having me back on, Uncle Shaan! I really appreciate you, Sam, Arie and the Hubspot crew. And to those of you reading this: Go start a dang side hustle already!! Anything can scale. Nothing is too niche. Test everything except drugs. Business is hard, but so worth it. Forever and ever, amen and amen.

My old man, and I mean old, tried doing a vending machine business. He got all the inventory and machines and wanted my help to do it. I did it once and never again. He got injured during the job and quit. Vending machine businesses is not for the faint. It requires real work and real attention. It is NOT passive!

I tried doing the voice agent thing. Built the AI workflow and connected it to a test phone number, so I could show it in action if needed. I reached out to about 50 local businesses in north london (dentist, florist & restaurants) - all were running google ads (so I knew they had money to spend). I sent them all custom loom sales videos with me on camera and screen recording me on their website. None of the 50 were interested. I swiftly moved on to the next idea after that 😂

I am a reseller. It's not quite as simple as they make it sound. Do NOT buy those champion sweatpants.

Contrary to popular belief, late winter—specifically February—is actually one of the best times to prune or cut oak trees in many regions because they are dormant. The primary danger is pruning from spring through summer (roughly March/April to July), when sap-feeding beetles are active and spread fatal oak wilt disease to fresh wounds.

man this was perfectly timed. I am starting up an AI agency right now focused on working with small and local businesses in the Chicago area and I just joined my local chamber of commerce. I plan on following this strategy pretty much exactly.

for wall printer idea, i’d love to see some “monthly subscription”… where you go change the space’s theme for any holiday/special event coming that month (i was thinking for the incoming World Cup, have bars and restaurants, maybe even offices with soccer/country’s theme)…
