Thank you so much for having me!
First the “data is overrated and network effects are still underrated” video and now this “make the players entertaining not the game” video? My First Million is on an absolute historical run 🔥
The title doesn’t do this episode justice. I skipped watching for days, but every time it came up in my feed something said give it a shot and I’m so glad I did. Top top episode 💯
Was hesitant at first but this guy has to be the sharpest guest to come on this podcast. Amazing find boys (the constraint concept.. hats off)
Truly one of the most insightful videos I’ve seen. Not only did he deliver high-quality information, but he also shared a unique, outside-the-box way of thinking, an approach that mirrors real-life challenges and problem-solving. The principles he presented are highly applicable and can be used to address a wide range of issues. By focusing on the empowering question, 'What can I use?' rather than dwelling on limitations, he demonstrates a mindset that clearly contributes to sustained success. This video feels like a masterclass, something you'd expect to pay for, yet he offered it freely. An incredible value.

He doing the job that every kid wanted before searching "top paying careers" except he still won. He seems entertaining I'm sure he's got enough to come on again in the future
One of the best episodes i've ever listened to!
Wow. Fantastic, mind opening interview. I new way to approach the world and problems. In the art world, I conclude that adding constraints helped to create some of the greatest masterpieces. For instance, Velasquez was the court painter to the king, so most of his art were portraits of the family but from that constraint he painted one of the greatest paintings ever Las Meninas. The same with Michelangelo and the church commissions. Elan's insights on the proper way to place constraints is priceless and I plan to use in my life. Thanks for this new problems solving and creative expanding perspective.
His thought process and consideration for the entire experience is so simple, yet fascinating
