Cold pizza hits especially when you wake up in the morning, knowing you have leftovers & still to tired to use anything to heat it up.
Obviously the answer to this question is whenever pizza is available and you're hungry for it.
When he mentioned the guy at footlocker getting tipped, I had to kind of agree , since he might spend an hour with you. Imagine a waiter having to spend an hour bringing out different kinds of food trying to convince you what kind of food you want.
I worked in a pizza crust factory for 12 years. The holes in the crust are from docking. It allows steam to release while baking so that you don't get large bubbles, and you get a crispier crust. You don't need a docker, you can use a fork.
22:00 When I make potato salad I always give it a day in the fridge before eating it. By that time the flavors have 'melded' and it just takes better. It don't notice much of a change over consecutive nights, but there is probably some structural and flavor change. The same is true for most soups I make. Sitting over night allows the dispersion of flavors among the ingredients. I do keep them in air tight containers so evaporation is minimal.
Pizza is the one food that is equally good at all temperatures, just different. If I have a fresh, hot pizza, obviously I'm not going to wait for it to cool down before eating it, but if it's been sitting out for 4 hours, I'm not reheating it, either. And I'm probably not reheating it from the fridge, either (unless it's been in long enough for the crust to harden a bit because you don't have any ziplock bags/foil because you never think about buying them when you're at the store, so you just threw the whole box in the fridge - we've all been there).
Cold pizza does, in fact, hit different
Nicole, you're not lazy. You're tired because you're creating a human being. You're creating organs, bones, tendons, etc. You need to rest. Btw...Mommy brain 🧠 is real. Give yourself grace. ❤😊
