- Legal experts warn that government coercion of private entities violates First Amendment precedents like Buelow and Murtha.
- Texas Democrat James Talarico advocates for healing polarization after political violence, while confronting federal threats.

I've never seen a bigger hypocrite!! Open your eyes America!!
The FCC is now a pro- fascist agency
If Trump can openly say he could snuff someone and not lose a supporter, and instigate an insurrection (leading to 5 deaths including a police officer), why does he feel threated by jokes? Does faith lead to intolerance and narrow mindedness?
FCC CHAIR is another administration "bully" and his behaviour is "disgusting" but that's their leader's tactics. They are the ones stepping all over the constitution and practicing it, accusing whoever disagrees with them and creating a police state. A dictatorship. " Sick " ? The state of the country is becoming terminal.....
FCC should broadcast the entire none redacted ebstien files
No more FREE SPEECH... NEXT IS NO MORE DEMOCRACY !
It's not a slippery slop it is a deliberate push.
To be fair in the 60s and before TV news always broadcasted 50/50 coverage on each side.
Absolutely ridiculous!!
What a bright young man - Talarico!
