What an abominable bastardization of Tolkien’s world.

The Balrog woke up, saw it was the rings of power and said "fuck that, I'm sleeping."
By giving the female characters "agency" they effectively turned them into villains. Elendil's daughter is a traitor. Miriel is a weak unresolved leader who gets her kingdom destroyed. Disa brings in a corrupting ring and sews animosity between the father and the son, nevermind waking up a balrog with her stupid singing. Galadriel's faux pas and crimes are too many to count. 😂
