Daredevil: Born Again REVIEW

Disney had nothing to do with the Netflix Daredevil show, or the first Iron Man movie

Destroying his entire support cast just to replace It for a worse version of It was a really stupid Idea.

D'Onofrio is a big dude naturally but the Netflix show made him seem much larger like the way Kingpin should be. Something about the way he's shot in Born Again just doesn't give him that imposing presence he used to have.

If Foggy is alive then Daredevil is an idiot for giving up the Daredevil for a year when people are crying out for him.

Marvel only said they moved away from the Punisher logo, but they still use it to merch the hell outta their clothing.😊

I love Charlie as Daredevil, but the Netflix show was so good because of the chemistry all the main characters had together, right from the very first episode. The bond between Matt, Foggy, and Karen was the heart of the show. Killing Foggy, and sending Karen away in the first 15 minutes of the Disney show just killed my interest in Born Again. Those first scenes with the original trio just highlighted the lack of chemistry between Matt and the new characters. I can’t see anyway of bringing Foggy back that won’t seem like a cheap trick. The dodgy CGI wasn’t helpful with the fight scenes. I believed all the fight scenes in the original series because it was so well choreographed and grounded. The poor effects in Born again just distracted from the credibility of the fight scenes in Born Again. Disappointing.
