In the end the M-She-U encapsulates a saying from Disney's other failed product, Star Wars. "Twice the pride, double the fall."
I had the misfortune of watching Wakanda Forever. It was absolutely terrible. The 'genius' highschool girl was the worst. She talked like a valley girl, knew how to make/fly an ironman suit, killed enemies, then goes back to high-school at the end of the movie. Wtf?
Male villains get snapped out of existence: female villains get sympathetic backstories and lionization. 'They'll never know what you sacrificed.'
Taskmaster was the worst reveal since Jill St. John disguised herself as Robin. Even TV Batman couldn't be fooled.
“It’s the politics and the MESSAGE that came with them.” And that’s exactly what the main problem is.
