I left my server 8 months ago. I have a new server now. It won't stop calling me. What should I do?
Just imagine someone asking why something on the server isnt working and ur Sysadmin just says "hold on let me call my server"
The prayer at the end really caught me off guard. It spoke to exactly how I'm feeling right now. Thank you for having the courage to be public with your faith. God bless.
Let's please see Asterisk* integration 😉 Thanks Chuck 👍
In 1998, I wrote a prototype for converting email to voice calls. Sendmail receives SMTP email, procmail doing local processing, call out to Bell Lab website to convert text to speech, a tiny program to convert wav to audio file, lookup unix directory and playback via DPS modem. I can definitely appreciate the complexity of this process, and making it interactive is 1000x times harder. Kudo for making it work. My dream was having AI summarize emails for people on the go. Now the reality is better than what I was dreaming. What a time to be alive.
I could see some definite use cases where a phone call would be beneficial over a typical push notification. For example, if your security system detects a possible break-in, or your smoke detectors go off, or if you've somehow got a setup with relatives for emergency alerts (like Apple Watch fall notifications or something like that).
The prayer was the most amazing part! Thank you and may God bless you and yours!❤

In this video, I take a normal phone system (3CX) and connect it directly to my AI workflows running in the terminal. That means I can call my AI from any phone (even a payphone) and have it create tasks, send Slack messages, generate thumbnails, monitor my servers, and call me back when something breaks. 🔥🔥Join the NetworkChuck Academy!: https://ntck.co/NCAcademy RESOURCES / LINKS: 💻 GITHUB Guide: https://github.com/theNetworkChuck/claude-phone.git ▶ Setup video guide & walkthrough (coming soon on second channel: https://www.youtube.com/@networkchuck_v2) 🧠 Use n8n, my favorite automation tool: https://ntck.co/n8n TIMESTAMPS: 0:00 - Intro 0:42 - The Platform 7:27 - the Power 9:28 - the Character 15:01 - the Moment **Sponsored by 3CX
Imagine someone setting up something like this before a prison sentence and then controlling their server from the prison phone
