As someone who recently started learning to program at an older age and not technologically savvy at all this guy is amazing.

We live in an interesting time. I don't think learning to program is going to be a career path for much longer, yet it's still very beneficial to understand programmatic thinking. Computer "Languages" are no longer even necessary in an age where the LLMs can simply end2end, text2app! Yet somehow my P=NP solver still isn't happening quite right.. πŸ€” Knowing what CAN work is still going to be a necessary skill, and it still takes programmatic thinking to get it right. Learning a "language" is a start, but getting into the computer's mind is a long haul road. I think one of my key takaways from 50+ years of coding is that all maths are binary (perfect geometric scaling). Back in the old days, if you didn't like the available languages, you'd just write your own, and yes I did (A 65XX MPU (C64) Threaded Code Compiler called T-Coder). Looking back, I never did anything with it, the language itself WAS the goal. πŸ––πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘
