The dispatcher has no knowledge of how many people started out on the boat that morning and definitely zero knowledge of who should have been on the boat that afternoon, her question was about physical status to see if she needed to send medical help along with the tow.

Is everyone on board? Meaning: IS EVERYONE ONBOARD THE BOAT WHEN IT STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS not is everyone there that you went with? Two totally different things.

It's not so much that no one saw Nolan. It's that everyone is minding their business in a criminal investigation 💯.

People think that when people drown they splash and scream, that's not what happens. Drowning is a silent death. People are to busy trying to survive to splash and scream.

Everybody that was supposed to be on board was on board. Do you really think he was gonna explain that Nolan wanted to stay behind with a girl

What time did Katie leave Horn island? We need the GPS data for Katie's boat as well and confirmation of the number of people on board her boat.

No one was in the water nor in distress. That's what the dispatcher wanted to know.

Drowning can be eerily silent.
