Back in the days, the west coast was puzzled by two lights in motion, then two lights, and two more lights, all moving south to north. One day the usual two light parade was seen, but this time there was a group of red flashing lights, the time of day coincided with an ambulance run in the Philippines- a transoceanic mirage!

Everyone who is genuinely seeking real answers and not afraid to ask real questions regarding this sticky, career-destroying, clusterfuck of a topic - because they genuinely are seeking the truth wherever it may lead - quickly learns how flimsy beliefs really are. Everything you know was once unbelievable, until you knew better, but nothing is truly unknowable. Their work is clearly being done for the right reasons and this is my long winded way of trying to express just how fucking valuable and powerful investigative journalism is especially nowadays when you literally should be fact checking every single piece of information before accepting it but wtf has time for that. Our overly emotional lizard brains certainly don’t, so just a huge thanks to Ross and his team, and a small reminder to be humble all the time. Not just when you know you’re right, because it’s people who are confident when they’re wrong who do the most damage.
