Good heavens. You live your whole life to the age of 84 only to get kidnapped?!! This is bizarre!!

This is just me but if I had a house like that in that area I'd have way more security, Window shutters lights with motion sensor alarms plus cameras. My grandma lived alone and I was always scared for her even if she had another fall, So I rigged her house up with good security so we could keep an eye on her.

If these things prove to be red herrings by people posing as the kidnappers they need to be hunted to the four corners of the globe as well as the actual kidnappers.

I believe based on the latest video that they have learned the mother is dead and now they will pay to have the body returned to them so they can celebrate her life and have closure

How does an Elderly woman stay alone in a house that big? No Dog, no Active Security? I know I wouldn’t stay on property that large without a dog and tons of cameras

The family’s message is gut-wrenching. We all understand what it means. As someone who had to worry about relatives living on their own for many years, I stand in solidarity with Ms. Gurthie’s family. There must be a special place in the universe for people who victimise children, animals, and the elderly.

A real “kidnapping” do not want the Police involved, and definitely do not want the FBI involved! This is a distraction!
