Wow! We actually get to see all the boys' faces this time! What a rare occasion 😁
Respect for putting all the ads in one place.
Fallout 1, 2 and New Vegas make your choices feel like they have meaning
Andrew did those ads like he was a pastor at a mega church, gotta respect that flow
Hobbits take longer to become affected to the One Ring, hence why Gandalf had Frodo take the ring to Mordor. Gandalf himself was not immune to it, he was starting to show it affecting him, and he was only near it. Galadriel was not immune, either. The One Ring corrupts all and anyone, that was the point, and Gandalf probably figured that having a Fellowship compromising of mostly hobbits woulda helped the chances of the One Ring getting tossed into the volcano, should Frodo become too affected by it, by the time they reached Mordor. Which he did, but our boy Sam came through and then Gollum did the rest. … This is just off the top of my head, feel free to correct me.
Best Example of Andrew's "In game character that you can insert yourself into without it being literally you" Is Harry from Disco Elysium. He is a set in stone character with traits and history but you insert yourself into how he behaves through the choices of the game
I hate to be a nerd Frodo had the mental fortitude to withstand the corruption of the Ruling Ring. Tolkien wrote that nobody else could have completed what Frodo did
I liked the solid ad block, makes using this podcast as background sound a lot easier. Very much apricated
Disco Elysium makes your choices feel like they matter, but there's also the added element of dice rolls thrown in.
In case anyone is wondering, the video about running doom on a car is called "How to mod your Porsche 911 or other car to run Doom in 3 easy steps" uploaded by Vexal.
