as someone who works with the elderly, this is so infuriating. There's a reason so much protocol and training are required when working and caring for them
So basically he's saying: "I have incriminating evidence of the abuse of a beloved man, but you have to pay me for me to release it."
The fact he was even recording for three years is part of the exploitation imo. He knew at some point he would use this footage for profit.
