“you probably don’t even hear it when it happens” - bobby
The point of the ending is to show how fast it ends. All the power, all the drama, then BANG, your life ends before you even see it coming.
AJ’s suicide attempt not having an impact on the family is to show that he is a product of his parents and even when the worst happens, they don’t change their ways.
Can’t believe Charlie didn’t touch on the fact that Phil did 20 years in the can…
"You probably don't even hear it when it happens, right?"
It’s literally the perfect ending bro. How else would a story so brutal and degenerate that portrays a life that’s so unpredictable, constantly looking over your shoulder, never safe no matter how big your ego is and how big you think your status is. You probably don’t even hear it when it happens. Just because you’re attached to the character and want to see more, you can’t. This is what happens in real life people die and the story ends especially when you live as bad as Tony did
Should’ve ended this video with a black screen
I feel like I’ve been stabbed in the heart, how much more betrayal can I take.
Bro he literally opens the show talking to his therapist about how he’s scared of everything going black when he dies
Think about it like this - the ending is the one Tony deserves. He doesn’t deserve closure with his family, not even a dramatic send-off. After all his dreams and visions, he’s left with nothing. The real tragedy is his family either being killed there on the spot as well or dealing with the trauma of seeing Tony shot.
